He/she is a facilitator for farmers registered booking agent for KisaneSeva portal which located at nearest your home and also responsible for all types of services like booking orders, delivery,refunds, returns, cancellations ,inquires etc .

2.How do I contact helpdesk of Kisan e Seva?

3. What if the product delivered Damaged / Broken?

If you receive damaged or broken product, please contact Help Desk of Kisan e Seva and they will guide you for replace your product.

4. How do I Get Product Delivery at door step?

We deliver at door steps only for bulk orders rest of all orders deliver at  Kisan Booking Centers with our delivery channels .if bulky orders delivered by our delivery team will contact the KBC Executive then will provide home delivery.

5.Can I buy less quantity than minimum order quantity?

No, you cannot order less than minimum order quantity as system will not allow you to do so.

Can I buy more quantity than minimum order quantity?

Yes, you can order more than minimum order quantity, you can increase the quantity in product page or shopping cart while checkout.

6.If KBC Executive not responding on delivery’s or booking ?

Customer has right to complaint about KBC Executive marketing executive manager call to (08657356727). he/she will take action on KBC Executive resolve the issue.

7.Do I have to pay extra for bulky products?

Depends upon the delivery location.

8How can I track the parcel of the ordered product online?

As we dispatch the parcel,  KBC Executive have all tracking details please contact with your order number.

if not helped call to helpdesk 09908213108  tell your order number & they will tell you the status of your parcel.

9Which amount i have to pay to buy Products?

As, offer price includes everything like taxes, postage for free KBC delivery*, etc.

10. When and how can I Cancel my Order?

You have chance to cancel your order before we dispatch your parcel.

To cancel order, Contact KBC where you booked your product .

11. What will be the estimated Delivery time?

General delivery time is within  Local 24 to 48 hours but it may vary due to product type, source & destination.

12.What are the delivery charges?

There are no extra delivery charges as it is included in offer price. We suggest you to see delivery terms of bulky products as there may be some excluded cost.

13.What is KisaneSeva’s Return Guarantees?

You can return the product of KisaneSeva only if:

The product is unused & intact.

If the product is not been tampered.

If the product is not damaged by your miss-handling.

If the product is not expired.

If the product is not covered under non-returnable policy of the respective vendor.

14. How do I pay for my orders at Kisaneseva.com?

KBC Executive will do the all payments for farmer bookings through his KeS ID .
